Terms & Conditions

Student Link Education. Last updated: 27 October 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms govern use of the Student Link Education website and, where incorporated into an applicable agreement, our educational consultancy and related services. By using our website, you agree to the applicable website provisions. Specific services may be subject to additional agreements, invoices and disclosed conditions. A specific service agreement takes precedence for its services in the event of conflict, subject to law. Nothing excludes mandatory rights.

2. Our Services

Our services may include educational counselling, academic guidance, institution and programme selection, on-campus and online programme information, eligibility guidance, application and enrolment support, documentation assistance, scholarship information and related agreed services. Scope and availability vary. We may modify services subject to existing commitments and law.

3. Educational Information and Guidance

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but admission criteria, tuition, scholarships, deadlines, immigration rules and institutional policies may change. Students should verify important requirements with institutions or competent authorities. General guidance is not regulated immigration, legal, financial or professional advice.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not control independent decisions by universities, immigration authorities, scholarship providers or professional regulators. Unless expressly agreed by a party authorised to make a binding commitment, we do not guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarships, employment, internships, post-study work, professional licensing or particular academic or career outcomes.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students must provide authentic, accurate and complete documents; disclose relevant history; review applications where applicable; meet deadlines; respond to reasonable requests; pay applicable fees; comply with institutional requirements; and notify us of material changes. We may rely on submitted information subject to reasonable verification duties. Fraudulent or materially misleading information may lead to suspension or termination, subject to law.

6. University Applications and Third-Party Decisions

Institutions independently set admissions criteria, procedures, fees and decisions. We may assist but do not determine admission outcomes unless expressly authorised for a specific function. Students must review institutional terms. We are not responsible for independent third-party decisions except where our acts, omissions, contracts or applicable law impose responsibility.

7. Fees and Payments

Some services are free and others incur disclosed charges. Students may also pay tuition, deposits, examinations and other third-party fees. Use only authorised payment channels. Relevant documents will identify the purpose, amount, currency and receiving legal entity or provider. Banking, conversion, processing charges and taxes may apply.

8. Tuition Fees and Third-Party Payments

Where we assist with collecting or transferring institutional fees, the arrangement is governed by the applicable agreement and payment documentation. Institutional fees and refunds may be subject to the institution’s terms. We collect funds on behalf of an institution only where authorised and legally permitted.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Eligibility depends on the service, agreement, stage of performance, third-party terms and applicable law. Some properly disclosed charges for completed services or processed third-party payments may be non-refundable where legally permitted. See our separate Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

10. Communications and Authorisation

Submitting an enquiry requests communication about that enquiry or service, subject to applicable law. We may use email, telephone or messaging services and may coordinate with institutions and authorised partners as necessary, subject to required authorisations and privacy protections. Promotional communications follow our Privacy Policy.

11. Privacy and Personal Information

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Relevant information may be shared with educational institutions and authorised providers to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.

12. Website Use

Users must not use our website unlawfully; submit fraudulent information; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with security; upload malicious content; misrepresent affiliation; or infringe rights. We may take reasonable measures to protect systems and prevent misuse.

13. Intellectual Property

Original website content, branding, logos, graphics and materials belonging to Student Link Education are protected by applicable law. Personal informational use is permitted. Unauthorised commercial reproduction or distribution is prohibited unless authorised or permitted by law. Third-party marks belong to their owners.

14. Professional Qualifications and Recognition

Students pursuing regulated professions, including medicine, teaching, engineering or law, must independently verify professional recognition and licensing requirements. Admission, graduation or accreditation does not guarantee registration, licensing or employment eligibility.

15. Third-Party Websites and Services

We may refer users to independent websites, institutions, government services and payment providers operating under their own terms. We do not control their independent actions, except where our contracts or law provide otherwise.

16. Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent legally permitted, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from inaccurate student information, independent third-party decisions, changes beyond our control, third-party delays or events beyond reasonable control that could not reasonably have been prevented or mitigated. Further lawful limits may appear in specific agreements. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for material breach, fraudulent documents, unlawful conduct or other legitimate grounds, subject to law. Reasonable notice and an opportunity to address issues will be provided where appropriate. Termination does not automatically eliminate payment obligations or mandatory refund rights.

18. Website Availability

We aim for a functional, secure website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates or reasonable restrictions may occur, subject to law.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

The contracting legal entity, governing law and dispute arrangements for paid services are determined by the applicable agreement and mandatory requirements. Parties are encouraged to seek direct resolution without restricting mandatory remedies or time limits.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for changes in services, website operations or law. Updated versions will be published with a revision date. Existing paid agreements remain governed by their terms and applicable law.
